This session will bring the entire convention body together to hear an address by the President of NAGR. He will share information on how to run the day-to-day operations of a radio station, from business management, traffic, engineering, equipment, etc. Also, in this session, he will speak to the importance of local direct, regional, and national sales.

Session 1: Sales/This session will focus on facts about radio, terrestrial/digital sales ideas, prospecting, appointments, research, CNAs, presentations, and commercial copy ideas. At the wrap-up panel discussion, a NAGR official “Sales Strategy” will be presented to the general body of the convention.

Session 2: Programming/This session will focus on creating/updating clocks, syndicated programming, music categories, choosing music for airplay, music research, creating station events/contest, station imaging/branding, and on-air/online content platforms. At the wrap-up panel discussion, a NAGR official “Airplay Standard” will be presented to the general body of the convention.

thrilling and intense emotional journey, delving into secrets, sin, and redemption within the confines of a church setting. It explores themes of love, loyalty, lust, and the consequences of deeply ingrained secrets.

This event will connect gospel music artists with gospel radio professionals and listeners. Artists will have an opportunity to promote and perform their latest music single.

This session will unite the entire convention body to be encouraged and empowered by a keynote speaker and gospel music artist as professionals and colleagues.

Discussion 1: Streaming, Satellite, Internet Radio/This session will discuss the impact of Internet and satellite radio platforms. Also, discuss digital platforms. This session will cover (1) How to Specialize and Monetize Internet Radio and Increase Listenership. (2)
How to increase subscriptions and specialize your channel on satellite radio. (3) How to review streaming data to understand and utilize it to determine airplay.

Discussion 2: Increasing Revenue/This session will help stations understand how to position and brand themselves to increase revenue through terrestrial, digital, and non-traditional sales.

This session will bring radio programmers and listeners together to hear music by artists within the format.

This event aims to appoint and install the association's President, Board of Directors, & Officers. Also, this event will connect gospel music artists with gospel radio professionals and listeners. Artists will have an opportunity to promote and perform their latest music single.
